Didn't have time to post this yesterday,so ill do it now:

I was at Aloe's home IRL and was IG a bit. And there i found these guys witch are hanging out with us,so we had a really small RP just to test them a bit.
The "RolePlay" that we did wasn't anything big,we walked from Grove St. all the way to the City Hall. And i gave them a little award when we finished (200$ each)
I also gave nicknames to those who were in that RP,i will give them now rate from 1-5:

• Freddie "Fred" Parker   was maybe the best : 5-
• Alex McReary (he has a cool short name so he doesn't really need a nickname) he was good but disappeared somewhere when we came to City Hall : 3
• Jeffery "JJ" Jackson was average : 2+
• Tom "TJ'' Jefferson was not so good,i had to say 3 times to him to do /walk 2,and he was asking AGAIN how we go so fast... : 2-

Jeffery will not be accepted until he improves his RP and English.
Tom, the same as Jeffery.
Freddie will be promoted to trial as soon as I meet and RP with him.

Also, the associates will NOT get accepted until they learn to RP, listen to orders and do them, respect every member, leader, allie... I had a conflict with Tom, he insulted me, but I gave him another chance after he said he's really sorry. But from NOW, I will NOT tolerate ANY dissrespect shown against the leaders. It will result in a instant tempban from the group for 20 days or so, depends on the type of the insult.
