I got few questions for you, Nick.
You think if you're rich and you tell everybody that you are, you think you will gain more respect? One important thing - Respect cannot be PURCHASED, it can be only EARNED.
I'm rich but I don't tell every single man 'Im rich ass' because I think (and most of us do) that the cash is not on the 1st place, on the 1st place is Respect. Also, you cannot be respected if you cannot RP and if you scamm people and gain BAD reputation. We're not accepting such people to G6, because we learned from our mistakes.
How you could earn respect in this situation:
-Even if you can afford more then Jeffrey can for the house, you should've let him purchase the house 'cause he's bidding for it for almost two weeks (as I saw), and you came yesterday to Grove and you want the house  NOW. I'd rather sell my house to Jeffrey then to you because I know you will leave us some day, maybe for 1, maybe for 30, maybe for 100, but Jeffrey will leave us when Zobo, Aaron and me leave.
-You should offer him your house, if he doesn't like it then you should keep your house and keep (attemt) RPing with him, not to piss of him and then kill people for fun. Last time you was IG, you told me 'Set hitman on someone and I will go and knife him for fun', when I told you 'I need a good RP reason', you answered 'No, you don't need a RP reason'.
You should seriously start improving your RP and English skills, with those skills you won't get anywhere. I'm 100x times better now then when I joined the server, 2010. You're still the same as you joined the server because you were just killing/growing weed/scamming. That's not the way you should learn to RP.
