Yes, $10k a month is more than great great earning. But, as I lived in USA, and now Germany, the only thing that was cheaper in USA was gas.

For the last 2 years, I was going to USA and I purchased a lot of clothes there... Armani Exchange (in USA it's called like that) is like 4 times cheaper then Armani Jeans (in Europe). I purchased like 30 shirts, all of them were like 20-30$ which is like 15 euros. In Europe, you cannot buy Armani shirt under 40 euros. That's just one example but there are many more such as shoes (Especially nike) etc... For 500$ you can get like 7 pairs of the newest air-max, but in europe you can get like 3 for 500$.
And if the gas is not cheaper there wouldn't be Cadillac Escalade and similar cars which spend like 30liters/second

Purchasing clothes in Norway/Europe is like double price from the US prices. Thats why i often order big packages with clothes from skatewarehouse.com   

And yes the reason Norwegians earns so much is probley because of the oil, as you all know

It's not IMG tool... lol, IMG tool is for animations and for skins, weapons etc.
This is how you install it:
My PC > C > Program Files > Rockstar Games > GTA San Andreas > Models and put the files in the Models folder, go in game and there you go, hope you'll enjoy it.
