It will take as long as it is needed, the applicant MUST participate in AT LEAST one RolePlay and also has to be tested by Aaron or me. It can take even more than 5 days.
Once we go inactive (Stevke and I) during the vacation, we'll decide who will lead the gang temporarly (Probably will be Jeffrey, but he'll have to be 100 percent serious).
I'll stay in touch with him, all the bigger decisions will be done by Zobo, me or Aaron, after Jeffrey inform us about the situation.

We'll also have to choose a Head G, expect the decision soon.

And Stevke, I honestly think that 5 days isnt that much - the applicant can still roll with us and show us that hes worthy and loyal.

And jeffrey, if you can show dedication, be active and really lead the gang in a good direction, sure you can lean the gang untill lincoln and stevke is back!
