Dear Grove 6th Street Families
Im glad to leave the hood in hands of those who actually know how to lead it. I thought that I would never sell my property to green punk's, as I used to call 'em, but hey, you guys are different. After I noticed how much you would pay for my house, I said to myself "this guy is real on this". I know you will bring the hood to what it was back then, that you will treat it like the jewel it is and you will clear the road from all those purple crackheads that  dont deserve to put their ugly foot on Ganton. As I told you back then, when I was giving you the keys. Make me proud guys, make the hood prosper. Make it shine above everyone else. Unite the hood, merge the hood, make the GSE's and GSF's bond together in one, to rebirth who used to be the owners of them money. I trust on you, and I know you will lead the hood great hights it wouldnt be able to reach without your help. Leaving the hood was a hard step for me, but I had to do it, for it's own growth and wealth. Grove Street for life.

Thank you for all the nice words, we really appreciate the time you spent writing us a letter. We won't let the hood be taken over by those purple mo'fuckas. Any of them who walks in the hood will leave in a plastic bag, I can guarantee that.
We'll make you proud, don't worry about that, you'll be our motivation for keeping the hood in peace. We appreciate everything you have done for the hood, when we left Los Santos, we thought that the hood will never be the same, but obviously we were wrong. Once again, thanks for everything!
