I think those 3 temp bans leaded to the panel ban but i am not sure i sorted them by date at June 9 2013 you were temp for the attitude again and the same date you are getting panel banned

Well, "provocations on a high level" got nothing to do with those tempbans. I wasn't provoking anybody, that was just pointing out my opinion and explaining why I don't think that I should be punished, but obviously they didn't want to hear my explanation.
Anyways, I'm not blaming them, I shouldn't have got into that kind of situation to be spectate by an admin.

Guys my SAMP doesn't work so I can't play. When i schoose server and press to login, instead of Multiplayer, normal San Andreas runs. I found that the problem is with the version, but i've dowgraded it to the proper version, cracked it with the v1.00 gta_sa.exe but this shit still doesn't work! I don't think i will find a damn solution for this, since im trying all the time and nothing works. Hope to see ya soon ig guys.
