In Game Name : Stewie_Sezam
Time of incident : 19:55 (GMT+1)
What happend : A event began, I crashed they started it already and after 2 minuts I went banned,
I saw I got banned by [TCL]Senate more I did not see because I crashed inmidtly.

I have a strong feeling admins try to set me up, because they hate me to get me banned.

I like this server, it is the best IV:MP I ever saw, I love the community the systems are very good scripted/made.
But the thing bothering me is that some admins try to set me up/hate me.
I strongly dont know why they do this, maby its because they dont like black people on the server, because I did not see many before, and lots of people complain on me in the mainchat.

You said you had a great RP background, yet you failed to show any roleplay. You were constantly ramming everybody and you didn't care if you drove over other people or not. I warned you not to run around two people roleplaying, since you would just get us shot, and that is counted as ruining roleplay.
Your attitude afterwards was very cocky...

Thanks for making a screenshot and showing me why you banned me.

But I will explain why I think this ban is not needed.

- "attitude" Hmm I still dont get it why admins keep hating on me, some persons are difrent and you better can show respect for that. No-one is the same and I think we should all show respect for eachother.
- "spamming" I ques, I never spammend, maby a few time with accident but to make a ban for that.
- "trolling" Sir, I dont trol nobody, The most often time they trol me and I just REPLY on it, and admins kick me for that, I dont see a big reaosn why I should get banned for "trolling" because on my side I never trolled someone. I dont even like to get trolled by myself so why should I do it by another person. Maby in some time it looked like I did, but it is not my mention to do that.

I highly like to see your side of this story to get a straight story of this. (For the latst ban I dont care about the first anymore because I got unbanned)
And you told me ; that since the first day I connected, I already made a bad reputation. - What do you mean with that kind of ways, It's maby just the way I am and I just want to Relax Roleplay around the server instead of looking everytime behind my back if admins dont look at me, I heard many times that they talked behind my back. We should better face the problems and solve them, and that is not a way with /ban. And if you hate that is the way you think, I will respect that but I'm just a normal person who want's to play Argonath Roleplay, and I dont like admins kicking/jailing/banning me all the time, and then I talk about you [TCL]Senate, because you are the admin that kicked/jailed/banned me the most. I only have been banned 2 times by YOU, 2 times Jailed once by YOU, and kicked lets dont count that before I need to click "next page".

You telling me I can't RP? Now let me count all the facts, that you always start NON-RP Patrolling, random giving someone the sign to stop, Then I get out of the cars and 4-5 Cops started to aim at me, NON-RP DM shit, And yes I have a good RP Background, but just not yet showed I am trying first to get my passport/driving licenses and to buy a car.
But since I'm always online, Taxdays most often. That brings me in for around 3k, jobs almost pay NOTHING So I highly doubt if you even take this serious. Because I am just trying to Roleplay but not yet trying to get my stuff right, and let's see after that.

As for you, Stewie. Why would the administration hate you? Hate is a strong word and I don't believe they would have any prejudices against other players. If you have any concrete evidence that the administrators abuse you and want to set you up, please PM me and we will solve it sooner than you expect.

You want us to respect you, Stewie? Yes, we respect everyone, but we don't like rule breakers nor we will tolerate them after several warnings. You look like a solid fellow with good English skill so understanding warnings and rules should not be to difficult for you.
There are some restrictions and boundaries, but those are set for the general betterment. We require of our members not else than to respect and follow the guidelines set. Then, there won't be any problems.

I would like Senate to reply with his story.

I learned alot of my mistakes, it always goes perfect, untill some persons starts to provoke/troll me, it looks like admins dont see this side.
And if I then say something back I always get kicked. That's what I mean with hating me, on my side it looks like admins always go to me because they see my name "Stewie_Sezam" Yes that one is probaly the rule-breaker lets kick him. And most time dont even look at what the other people did/do.

- And another thing is, if you kick/ban me I see the Red Command and crash in 1 second so I have to read fast to see it and most of the time I see it only for around 50% -

I understand with 100% that you want, your members to respect eachother, but it most often start by the other guy (I'm not going to tell it's not my fault, but its both of us faults) And then I mostly reply on it and get kicked and stuff. And the thing is... I just want to relax Roleplay, and some guys really dont make this able for me. (Including 70% Cops DMing me.)

And like happend before, it was with admin...? Pude/Dino/Dellstorm (If I full remember) 
I and another guy had to ride a "Faggio", with "Hot Girl" Skins. And they all went in the Stretch. ( A long 4-door car like a limousine )
We had to keep in line, and they told us to keep in pairs, and ride to a place. It was one the biggest "Trols" I ever saw by a admin made.
And after all of that we did'nt received any gift for what we did 10 minuts long, this is a way I feel that they make fun of me.

Firstly this is an Unban Request, not a "Ban Appeal". To appeal something means that whatever you are appealing is invalid.

From day one you were rulebreaking. DMing, carjacking, swearing, and flaming the server, its rules, and its admins in mainchat. I had a talk with you (more than once) and those problems seemed to go away. But the poor attitude/foul language/constant trolling/flaming still remained.

Stewie, when you break the rules more than once, the punishments get harder and harder each time. I tried telling you in PMs or in mainchat to calm down, stop swearing, or spamming or whatever you were doing at the time. You were never muted or kicked without multiple VERBAL warnings first. When an admin verbally tells you that you are breaking the rules and then minutes later you break the same rules again, that results in punishment. After several days of this behavior, at least 5 mutes, 2 jails, and 2-3 kicks you still were not getting the message.

For the 300 minute (5 hour) tempban you are referring to, you and another player were engaging in a flame war over mainchat, I told both of you to stop multiple times in mainchat AND through PM. You refused to stop so I muted you. Once unmuted the flaming continued with added foul language. Based on your multiple past rulebreaks and warnings from administration, I gave you a temporary ban in hopes that you may realize your mistakes and learn from them, as lesser forms of punishment (mute/kick/jail) were having zero effect.

A day or two later you logged in and began PMing me about the tempban. Stewie, we had a VERY long conversation about your attitude and your future with Argonath if you continue to behave the way you do. I told you several times that I wanted to HELP you to stay out of trouble, I tried to give you advice to not be provoked by others and if you feel like flaming to just take a break from the game for a few minutes and come back later. I feel in this conversation I made myself very clear what needed to be done to keep you out of trouble.

Moving right along, today you PMed me asking if I could give you a passport test. After asking management if i could give you the test, I was told that CMB staff should only be giving out passports at this time, at which point you flamed me because you were tired of waiting for CMB to be online, and you had "studied so hard that you knew the test better than anyone". I apologized to you for not having any CMB staff online to help you, and for not being able to give you the test myself, so I went out of my way for you by contacting a CMB member on MSN to come in game and give you the test just for you. 15 minutes later before the event is starting I get a report form this CMB member saying you are spamming his PM and flaming him because you failed the test for not knowing Argonath leadership.

You crashed and came back in the middle of the event, began flaming furiously in mainchat for starting the event without you. Then when the event is over you start spamming mainchat with "Martin is hacker" "Martin is hacker" "Martin is hacker". Moments later I get a report form the winner of the event of you spamming his PM flaming him that he is a hacker for winning the event, which you weren't even a part of.

Every attempt I have made in talking to you about your behavior has fallen on deaf ears. I would like a serious explanation why you continue to break the same rules everyday, and why you think that a ban is unfair. You said yourself how many times you were kicked/jailed, you think admins make punishment for their pleasure? I really hope you take a look at your behavior over the past few weeks, put it into perspective, and stop blaming admins for your own mistakes. The rules are here to make sure everyone enjoys the game not just you, I think if you can learn to apply a little common sense to your playstyle you, and the other players on the server will have a much better experience. Thank you.

Okay I readed everything what you said, and in a few points I dont agree.
(That it's a Unban Request, I did not know on my old forums they named it "Ban Appeal" so lets forgot it.)

- The CMB were never online when I was online for the 2 weeks, I really waited very long for them. And I though they never were online.
So I decided to ask a admin to do, because they probaly can do the test also.
- Then a CMB came online ; I failed the test because I did not know you had to learn all the names...
I studied hard for a passport and did not recive it and he told me to wait a day.
- You told me that I crashed and came back "In the middle of the event", that is not true. I came back after crashed and heard they started count of (So that is the begin of the event) And I asked if I can come back and they refuesed.
- And you telling me that I flame everyone, but the truth is alot of people do the same not only on me, but it happens the whole day. You guys probaly dont see this and if I say one little thing you guys already explode.
- You telling me that I was not part of the event? I was looking the whole event from low distance, on the streets. I saw Martin walking and I had strongly feelings about a hacker. Maby I made a mistake in this, sorry for that.
- And another thing is, you asking me a serious explanation why I keep breaking rules the whole day.

1. You can kick/Ban me but, I never can read the whole "Red bar" so I dont see why this happend.
2. I think its very important to also look on the otherside of the story and not just kicking/banning me, Also look what the other guy/girl did.
3. On my old server I always played on for 2+ years there were lots of other rules, it's hard to learn all the rules again.
4. I also heard from other admins, that if I do one little thing they should ban me on orders of you, this is what I mean with talking behind my back.
5. And if you dont like me how I am, then please dont come even near me.

Like I told you in game, the other parties involved were also punished, they were able to stop while you continued to flame/troll back. The point here again is for you to stop placing blame on others, and learn from your own mistakes so you don't repeat them in the future. The proper thing to do would be to back out of the conversation, and if the other party continues the abuse, then you use /report. I told you this in game as well.

False, however when someone rulebreaks frequently, we inform other admins about them so proper actions can be taken in the absence of the first admin. We aren't some kids "talking behind your back" because we are out to get you, we are sharing important information as a team so everyone is on the same page.
