/help improvement

hey there,

     few days ago I've played IV:MP first time, so I was trying to check how does a new player feels and what help he can get without others. And the first thing that I've noted in /help command I would suggest to the current tips to add /commands line as it's quite important and useful in the game.

     also, so far /mainhelp command isn't working. If it's not necessary, maybe it should be removed at all?
