Hi there!
About a year ago, I used TXDworkshop to export .txd images from texture files, for example from walls.
Then I used to edit these walls in a picture editing program and import the picture back in with TXDworkshop, and then with IMG tool.

But I totally forgot how to find the texture of the wall you want to edit.
Help would be appreciated :)

There is a search function in TXD workshop on the right bottom side.

The name is usually logical name for it. in your example "wall.txd" or something similar. I do have a question from which .IMG file I need to get that wall texture to change, so I could see the change in-game, from SAMP with it's objects? or San Andreas model folder one?

And we do not try to be real life, as why would you ever play real life if you have one ? We play the GTA universe, and our players should try to live in the GTA world, not the real one.

He doesn't mean that. Some walls around SA have different names. Example in Jefferson and El Corona have different wall texture names.

Second question.

Open TXD workshop and export any file you need, mod it then import overwriting it and should work.

They don't have obvious names.
Jefferson motel wall is for example ob_vd_hoy.txd
So how do I get these names?

I am not sure where you can get the names, however Que and Sisko are experts with Graffiti modding, try to ask them and they might come up with a solution.

The easiest way is to install a map editor, find the wall you want to edit in the map editor, double click it for further details where you can find the .dff and .txd name for the object. From there, open .Txd Workshop and export the image needed.

Cheers,
Sisko
