I don't like to see players justifying their deathmatching behaviour because of "Hey Avanger!!! why kick is Guerilas!"
This is just useless, I hope Klaus will tax you to death

It is not a reason to deathmatch the whole PD I can understand one or maybe two molotovs to VCPD but not more. Since they ruin others game experience by that who wants to be cop.

Police are supposed to stays on their guard, if they create public disorder, police are supposed to kick their ass.

I dont see any DM in this.
