You would not be able to find a 0% fat burger or salad with 100% Kosher/Halal/Vegan/Vegetarian ingredients/methods being implemented / considered in a wide (no pun intended) society/area such as NewYork or London.

The same argument can be said for a Bacon w.e in Pakistan, you would not find it - this is of-course due to local laws!
So McDonalds can never be diverse, however they have chances to show full diversity and respect but fail to do so - UK, NY etc.

A large band of KFC shops have adopted Halal chicken.
KFC could have gone Kosher (unless you don't know Kosher is considered also 'halal" but probably found Halal cheaper) even if they pleased everyone, they like McDonalds' should not be promoted by Argonath!

Seriously: Due to UK law it can be considered criminal to take pictures of public places such as restaurants, so ya can't do that.
But you can search on Google "McDonalds Large Strawberry Milkshake" - although they never seem to ever have it these days.

McDonalds offers a similar basic menu, with same ingredients and way of preparation.
While they do offer a vegetarian burger and salad here, one may dispute that for vegans it contains animal fat and there for is unsuitable.
Regarding halal and /or kosher food (which is basicly the same)  the main problem is not the ingredients but that it is required that the kitchen is never mixed with non-halal foods. As they can not meet this they do not call their food halal, unlike other places who use this name in vain to attract people.
