As told in 'The Concept', 5 Duo's are given the chance to create their own restaurants.
These restaurants will be true masterpieces with an high level of quality dishes. To achieve this all duo's will be monitored and trained before taking on the actual adventure. After this apprentice period all duo's are expected to lead their full scale business. This business must be a profitable and interesting organisation with oppertunities for everyone.
A few things that we expect from the restaurant management:
- Management of various staff members
- Management of the business
- High level of roleplay (very high level)
- Management and update of their menu cards
- Management of the costs and profit
These are just a few things that will be part of their restaurant management. During the apprentice period these points will be trained to the duo's by the 5 star restaurant L'Anno del Vino manager R. Caltson and Top Maitre Ridley.
When the restaurants open their doors they must run at top quality, the adventure starts in September..
