What to do about this school bully..

In my school we got a 16 years old bully , im 15 and when i finish school he always call me to give his money , i started to make gym and put a lot of muscle's in , 1 week ago ( i know its summer ) i meet him near the school me with some friends we had a baseball bat , i went to him directly and punched his face with my friends and hit him with the bat , i only broke his lip but now he respect me and every day salutes me


So make friends & go to gym there you will meet a lot of people who will help you fighting the bully , my friends are the one's from gym i got 10 new friends who i spend time and kick bullies ass make him see his blood and you will earn respect .

I was myself such a bully ))...
Trust me no any waving fists in front of my nose would help... I could drop bullying only if I would have a respect to other or my future education would be under question (adults intervention)... This other should be minimum someone in da school... Either he must have good education level, or good friends, or reaching some sort of competitions with medals... Otherwise some crap glasses coming to me and waving his fists would just end up with some blood from his nose...
If he cornered him then he is more stronger... If you would try to beat him and phailed - you can set a big fat dot in your further fight against him...

No any wise human will suggest you to try to get over him in what bully is better... But every wise man will suggest you to find in yourself something which you can do better then bully...

well actually you should talk to the school if they cant do something and if they dont do anything, talk to your parents  and make a Policenotification about your school  and its authorities for misconduct.

Normally I am not likely to be bullied(I was bullied in the past), nor am I a bully. But from my friend's experience in getting bullied, I will try to help you... I know what it's like to be bullied and what it's like to be the bully.

Violence is the least of my options, as things might get even worse. Let's face reality, some bullies will 'respect' you if you bully them back, but majority will get the situation worse.

One of the best option is to share your problem with a parent or any trusted friend of yours. Some people feel better if they tell someone about their problems, it makes them think that they are not trapped. Hopefully, your parent/friend will give you advice on what you need to do best and what not to do. Parents will likely complain to the principal's office, in this case, you should not worry. Once the bully is paid attention to the principal, the bully will be angry with you even more. If he bullies you again (Or you feel threatened by his recent actions), You must not ignore it, it will get even worse (reality). You must report it again to the principal, likely the bully might get suspended or even expelled.

Another is to confront the bully's parents
If the parents of the bully's are not the casual style, then find another option. Some bullies are spoiled brats and majority of them have a casual type of family. You should try talking to the bully's parents because they have a chance of not knowing the actions of his child.

Have a personal talk with the principal.
Either way, things might get worse, or things will be solved. This is one of the method wherein you have second thoughts of confronting the principal, do not be afraid.



Since I am really tired right now (Doing projects and all that), I might give you more advices once I have the time.

Note that these are just advices and I am not forcing you to do it(But I assure you, violence will get the situation worse).

You will be the one idiot if you will follow his methods... He is bullying cos nobody reports him and he feels unpunishment... If you want him do be punished let this do those, who are in charge of punishing... Bullying back yourself will just give him a reason to report you first... And then you will be f**king up not only with his bullying but also with explanations why did you behave as an idiot...

I met such people a lot on my way... Until I did not let the correct people to handle it I always was in war... And I myself know very good that a bullshitter will report you faster then you will think, if you will mirror his actions... You can mirror people's actions only if you have 51%+ power... Me, as a person, has always been "the cool one", always been a bitch to people as well, nevertheless I also has faced people who thinks they're something, trying to bully, tell shit, do shit. Sure, you ignore that for a while, since you cannot be arsed giving a f**k about what the individual's saying. But if he continues to push the limit further and further, I'm that kind of guy who should beat the crap out of him until he can't stand anymore. You are right with the part where you say that if you do the same back at him, you'll be the idiot as well, that's completely true. But sometimes it's necessary as snitching or telling people can also make the situation worse. It depends what kind of jerk you're facing, if he's a weak one, he'll stop; if he acts cool instead, the "telling" will trigger the whole shit to another level.

Why are you asking for an advice on a f**king gaming forum? The solution is obvious, f**k the guy up and he'll shut the f**k up. It doesn't have to f**king involve violence, you have to make him feel like shit. As Que here said, you should inspect his issues at home and use that against him; he's going to burst out on you if he gets completely humiliated in order to gain his self confidence back, so bring something sharp or heavy. He won't stop until he realizes you can hurt him, don't be a f**king pussy.

True, But I think that 'being cool' is personal preference, not based upon some form of standards. That can explain itself to the cause of being bullied, even though when someone is considered 'socially avarage' or 'cool'. I don't think it is a factor that's reliable.

I was just wondering because in the school I went there were more avarage everyday guys than extraordinary types like nerds or extremely cool guys. Everyone was some sort of one team, yet there were still many cases of bullying that were reported even in my class.
