StoryVice City, 1991 - Little Haiti was under control of the cubans gang. Haitians had to fight to get back their hood. There was a huge battle between Cubans and Haitians. Haitians won the battle against the Cubans but in the battle many Haitians died and only two Haitians were alive when the battle was over. They were Hotshot and Frog. They started to earn cash by robbing and stealing things in Vice City. They were the most wanted. Recent months later, They both decided to go to San andreas. They went to Escobar International Airport of Vice city. After Frog entered the plane, Cops came to the spot and started shooting Hotshot who was gona enter the plane. Hotshot got shot on his arm by the cops. Frog by watching the cops started the plane engine and went to San Andreas. Hotshot ran into his car and went to his hideout. Hotshot and Frog contacted each other on their Cell phone. They Both decided to make a gang called Scavengers. Hotshot is trying his best to get to San Andreas, but the cops of vice city have a strict security on the Airport so he cant come till the security is not removed. While Frog in San andreas will be recruiting Gangsters for the Scavengers...
