"Your account does not exist" - Problem with SA:MP

I was inactive, but want to come back now. While joining SA:MP the server said, that my account does not exist. I heard that old accounts are disabled, but can be restored.
Who exactly can help me? And where I have to post such a request?
I hope to see you guys soon on the server.

i know that after a certain amount of time of being inactive, your account is removed. but i dont know about having it restored.

I think the accounts ARE restorable, they are just thrown into an inactive room with all the other old dusty accounts
