I try connect to the ArgonathRPG server and appears: "The server didn't respond. Retrying.."
And I tried 5 or 6 times to enter.

Your IP route may be routeblocked if you can't connect the server. Try to restart your modem and router first to be sure what it is.

Last solution then, contact the owners and see if the can find the problem. Forum PM and just be patient about the answer, they are busy.

Provide them with some information what your IP is, and tell you can't connect. Ask if you are routeblocked or not, maybe check if you are banned?

Simple go to "My messages" up in the menu at the top of the homepage. Write a new message and either write it to Aragorn or Gandalf. That's the forum names of them.
