My friend has been going around asking on how he can grow taller, without waiting it out. He's sort of a small guy and he's pretty desperate to get taller, since the chicas dislike him for his length.

Any tips/tricks/way of growing taller? Like, he's athletic but he just wants to grow a bit more, dunno if it's possible, but are there any ways he can?

All he drinks is milk + water, and he eats fruit + vegetables all the time.

How tall is his mother?
How tall is his father?
How tall are his siblings?

Anyway, tell him to eat more. Meat, vegetables, fruits and drink lots of milk.

If he wants to grow big he gotta eat big..

Around the age of 21 it is said when a Male stops growing. If he is already quite short he will not get much taller.

I think you should tell him to stop taking being small for granted! As long as he's not a hobbit he's fine! I went through high school being way taller then most people in my school and I wanted to shrink through out my high school years. But I suddenly stopped growing and everyone else managed to catch up to my height, now I feel normal(ish) at 6 ft 1. Just tell him not to worry to much about it because things like this usually sorts itself out!
