How is that bad? Just generic data that helps webmasters understand where their visitors are coming from, what screen resolution their site should be adjusted to, perhaps what languages they should consider translating their site to..
What Aldo listed isn't bad, but I think the main concern is other, more personal things that they log, even if you delete your account. As far as I know, they also have no warning, even when signing up, about logging things like your IP, OS, etc., so many are probably unaware. It wouldn't be the first time FB got in trouble for this, though.

There isn't much you can do with a person's operating system, screen resolution, and country of origin. It's not like they're going to find out your name, address, and social security number. The SA:MP serv shows everyone your country of origin when you join. Is it fucked up?

Anyways, the vast majority of Anonymous is condemning these "attacks." The only way to destroy Facebook is for something better to come along, or to have a MASSIVE insider attack across all their datacenters around the world. Forget about a DDoS, they won't even take it down for three seconds.

I still fail to see why people are so paranoid of Facebook. Seriously, anything I put on Facebook I just consider public domain. It's not like I put my home address on there or anything.

Only retarts would add their address, but I guess there are many retarts.
Especially those who use the "Check in" button, give direct address, and shows it on a map.

Besides, you can set it so that only your friends can see where you've checked in..

What your friends see and what the government sees are two different things. If the U.S. Government wants to see something, they don't need a warrant. There are so many BS laws passed now that they can violate every single one of your rights by just accusing you of being a terrorist without proof, and gain access to anything relating to you or people you talk to without even needing to justify it. Thanks Freedom Act. We are really, truly free now...*sighs*...

Sorry, that joke died together with Kurt Cobain in '94.
