 Full story :

I had alot of internt crashes and that made my Ip change alot.
My little brother connected with other name to other server and then he start play on ArgonathRPG server from my computer, then i log on with that account after he play some minutes on the server and then i log off from other account and login to my account (LTL_Kolta), dino tell me explain what this account is for and i dosent know what to tell him becuse my little brother dont tell me.
*EDIT: oh i forget tell some thin : i tell dino somethin before i know all the story with my brother and after i get ban i know my bro was in the server .

Little brother? Ingame you told me, that you created this account to check, if this one crash aswell as your official account. :trust:

Explain:

-Why you used money on second account.

-Why did you lie, that you dont know nothing about this second account and admited right after I told you, that you are getting banned?

i connect to LTL_Kolta becuse i see some thin wrong and i log off and i see that name on setting.

and im not need to know what my brother doin on the computer, i do some thin else when he on computer.
i just know he on computer i dont sit near to him and watch what he doin every second 

and i didnt know that him do that (my brother).

I was told that there was missing money from the newly created account, so it means you used it for something.
What was it for? Creating new account to use money from it does not sound like testing if the game will crash.

I asked my little brother , and he said he didnt gave money to anyone, and all he did was to die while being suspect, that is probably the answer.

Oshri, i want to believe you in this and what you explained makes sense.
Anyways, i'm sure you get unbanned but afterwards you need to understand that we can't really know which person is doing things if they are behind the same screen/IP.
So later on the excuse "it was my littlebrother" won't work cause it's your responsibility of what your Bro does on our server.

Im Sorry i told my brother if he plays GTA IV again ill make him sorry for it :P, he wont do it again, and Ofcouse i will not!, please unban me.

My side of story:

Ive seen guy "needforspeed21" ingame, nothing suspcious yet, i just checked his stats, in case he would get scammed or moneycheating, he had about 5-7k if I remember right.
Few mins later, that guy rejoined, and script for detecting multi accounts, informed us, that this guy have another account LTL_Kolta, so I immediately send admin PM regarding this account and few seconds later, that guy "needforspeed21" disconnected from server.
Minute later, LTL_Kolta joined with changed IP adress, so I became even more suspicious, thats why I asked him about the other account. So his answer was of course "I have no idea what you are talking about", thats why I asked Dellstorm, to tell me needforspeed21's IP again, so I could double check it. They matched.
Then I pressed on LTL_Kolta even more, beacuse he still didnt admit it. I asked him "Tell me reason for this account, you have one minute, or you will be banned", then he started talking "ok ok, wait I dont know how to say in english". So I gave him time to explain. He started to tell me some story about him testing, if this account crash aswell. Thats why I was suprised, when ive seen completely diffrent story in unban request.

Lets not forget, that this guy have another 3 known account: LTL_Kolta, LTL_Batis, RabitKing.
He also have been caught money cheating with his friend before and beacuse he returned all of the money, I gave him another chance by not banning them both.
