I think it should be removed immediately. This solves nothing but stops new players from having a fair chance at having fun. Admins and players should be teaching these new players how to play and help them out, not having scripts that restrict players from being treated like everyone else. The Argonath Vision even specifically says this in multiple places...

I'm going to be clear with my post here, as this is somehow my first in an IV:MP idea topic.

I will agree this should be terminated immediately, as it goes against many concepts taken on and on for YEARS in this fine community. I see the block as a major restriction. SA:MP tried something similar out, as people may or may not have said. It was later removed, I believe because of the Vision. I've listened to the Vision my entire career in Argonath. There are flaws in ideas regarding implementations everywhere at some point, that go against the Vision. Rest assured, it's got us this far. This community runs on new players it seems. They need oportunities for jobs, I see your point about the other jobs for people with no passports, but it's still causing harm.

Or you'll just keep writing "Its against the Vision!!". For those proclaiming veterans, try to recall CBFasi promoting this suggestion. Two of us discussed about this during the LCPD building phase as well.

See it as disabling someone from duty during his "learning and acknowledging phase". It does not last for months or years and it does not cost.
As for the /give function disabling, it is for the good of the server. It will reduce the multi-accounting and similar malicious activities.

If this is against Argonath Vision, how come having to wait 7 days in order to apply for a citizenship test (or whatever its called) isn't against the Vision, along with the requirements to have a passport and driving license to buy a house and buy a car? (talking about SAMP now) Elaborate, please

2 reasons for removal.

1. Not cleared by the owners.
2. No new features to be added to RS1.5 as development should concentrate on RS2

Locked and waiting for removal.

Tip agains abuse of jail : lower rewards.
