Would TP FBI member on top of FBI HQ so we can take Maverick...
-Usable only by FBI members
-Usable only on specific area (e.g: locker room position)

If you are on top of building and do that it would get you down back..

Other solutions
Placing FBI maverick somewhere on ground but First option is better in my head.

Teleport to roof while standing at the HQ entrance(and vice-versa) is an option.

Why not just /enter like SA:MP to enter roofs??

Why not add it tot every building with helipad. There are many helicopters in city lately but no helipads with access.
