What is the CMB? The Citizenship and Migration Board is a government agency that grants passports to naturalized citizens. Players can get a passport from a CMB administrator in our offices in Downtown Vice City if they have played for 7 days and pass a citizenship test. If players fail the test, they are free to apply for a retake. Information for Passport Tests Are there any requirements to take a passport test? The only requirements to take a passport test are to have played for at least one week on Argonath VC:MP and to know enough about the server to pass your citizenship test. The test will include questions about server rules and information such as who the heads of Argonath are. What can I do with a passport? With a passport, you will be able to buy properties and businesses to begin your life in Vice City as a citizen. You will also be able to apply for a driver's license at a driving school to buy a car. Where can I study for the test? Check the Study Material section below. Do tests cost anything? Tests are completely free, though the CMB is completely volunteer. Tips are appreciated but not required. Application Form If you are looking forward to a passport examination, apply here for your test time! You and a CMB administrator can arrange for a test time that works for both of you. Staff Tasks Management Management can perform all the same tasks as Administrators, as well as recruit new staff to join, draft questions and procedures for the CMB, and assume control over the CMB if the Director is unable to. A management position takes great responsibility and leadership skills, as well as experience with the server and its environment. Administrators CMB Administrators are every-day workers who can grant players passports, as well as examine players in a fair and unbiased way. CMB Administrators must show patience and fairness, as well as an understanding of the server. Trial Managers will be examined to see if they are suitable for a management position. If demoted or fired, a suitable administrator will be hired instead.

Trial Administrators will be examined to see if their are suitable CMB examiners and instructors. CMB staff who are unable to fulfill their duties will be fired, but are free to re-apply when applications open again. CMB staff, in the event managers are unable to fulfill their duties, may be promoted to management positions if needed.
