Second, all passport applications have been viewed.

Third, staff applications have been viewed and I'm deciding whether to add anyone to the staff.

All procedures will officially start on the release of the new Argonath RPG script.

The CMB crew has to be revised before 2.0 release (which won't come any soon I guess). Staff members were chosen not because of their abilities, they were simply enough quick to post an application before others did.

This is not true, otherwise everyone would be a staff member right now. I have been given my rank by the previous head of CMB, for instance.
