The matter to discuss - you had no permission to use "Citizenship and Migration Board" name and logotype on this server. You've been using name of inter-server organization registered on Argonath and created by Pups and me, without our knowledge and without putting our names on the Staff List.

The Citizenship and Migration Board is an interserver organization registered on Argonath. And I have the lead above the division of CMB on each and every server it is working (SA:MP, IV:MP, MTA:SA).

That is why I want to discuss with the leader of this "new" organization and find a solution. If I don't get any message from the leader (and I still haven't got any contact from him), I will have to take steps against this organization.

This isn't something that is privatised or freelance, but very much linked to the government in our eyes.

As for "new", I was referring to the rejuvenated form of the "CMB" (this topic), which was based on something that was planned for VC:MP a few years ago. The topic itself and early operations were done by the local Admin Team, before being opened more for the public. It's just a few foundation stones for the new and upcoming server here.

I don't think anyone intended to plagiarise, steal/copy someone else's hard work.
If you were looking for personal credit, I am sure that can be handled in a suitable manner.

As it has government links, perhaps it may just be sorted out through there... we can always go ahead with re-naming this.

First off, I'd like to point out a little fact: the first topic named "Citizen & Migrationship Board" in the VC:MP board is nearly a year older than the topic I have found in the SA:MP City Hall board, which co-incidentally was named the same way. Due to this, you have no right to accuse me/us of plagiarism or anything in those lines because we simply came up with it earlier than you did. (Correct me if you have to, I'm not guaranteeing that what I've researched is 100% correct)

Secondly, I never knew anything about that organization of yours up until right now. What is happening now is most professionally known as a misunderstanding. In reality, the idea of a citizen and migration-ship board is not patented. You're saying that you used the name earlier than we did, but the facts say otherwise. Facts > words, and my words only support those same facts.

It is true that this topic might have been inspired in the most minimal of ways by yours, but we did not copy/steal/plagiarize/you name it from you or your organization. To sum up, I can legitimately say that it is us that established the organization under the name "Citizen & Migrationship Board", that we reserve the rights to both name and organization, and that we are definitely not forced to give in to you. I am not planning to change anything as of now but if you've any suggestions then keep them coming.

I wonder why someone who doesn't play on VC:MP would want to lead the government passport organization in VC:MP.

The topic in SA:MP board has been recreated. The whole name and organization called Citizenship and Migration Board has been created by Pups and me in 2008. I was playing VC:MP back then so don't even start trying to convince me that there was any passport authority working.
So, if you want to keep it this way. Either you decide to change the name and whole graphic scheme, or you shall join CMB as its division, accepting the CMB Leadership, procedures and rules then.
The choice is yours.
