A few questions about business and companies [HELP!]

I am new on the server and i have a few questions about business and companies.
1.What is the difference?
2.How can i set up a company?

I was hoping that someone can help me out?

Well, a business is something that is selling a product. For example flowers.

A company is something that runs a business that sells flowers. If you get my point. A company can run multiple businesses.

You can set up your own company, yes, but I advice you to learn the basics and structure of the server first. Many people have made successful business groups before, and I am sure if you do your best you will succeed also. I am sure you can ask [i9]Frank_Hawk ingame for some business advices. He's a beast.

You can set up a company if you know what you want to run.
For example a taxi company with your own members.

Bud if you have a taxi company, how do you get your money and how do you get your taxi's?

just use taxi provided by state and look hard for fares, patrolling may help.
