The Projects:

   This RP is unique to Argo, creating an environment based strictly on the Project life. Their slang, cultures, attitude, and attire
will all be incorporated into this RP, making a group that sticks out, instead of another stereotypical gang. It's fun and wild attitude
is shown through the different activities they preform. Not only is this area rich in it's cultures, it is also a diverse area, housing races
from Black, Hispanic, and even Asian, making this a multi-racial RP. However, the unique qualities do not permit any outrageous
behavior, but instead, brings more responsibility to the RPer, due to the different RP situations they will come across throughout
it's era in Argo.

   This group can be called a gang by the dictionary term. However, this group does not just represent colors, nor does it have a name,
making it a group based around unity and respect for one-another. The group will have made members, and people who work their
way into the group, but their RP is expected to be more like a community more than anything else. Instead of handing a recruit a bag
of weed, and expecting him to sell it for a profit, new members are simply encouraged to create fun RP for anyone in the area to enjoy
while expressing their knowledge of the life in the projects.

Expectations:

   Because this group's everyday activities will include high quality RP, we require each person in this faction to put forth their greatest
effort when it comes to RP. I don't look for complex and long /me's, but I do pay attention to people who's characters have deeper
emotions, backgrounds, and personalities. Each person should be able to create a story for their character to be based around, as well
as a personality that will show up even in the most simple of RP situations, such as a greeting, where a quiet person would only send a
nod, and an outgoing person would greet the person with a handshake, or something similar. With this high expectation of full effort
coming from each player, the faction expects everyone to represent the faction in a positive manner IG, and on the forums. If this rule is
ignored by anyone within, or joining this group, they will be punished accordingly.

   This faction is based in the projects, making its member's responsibility to research, and express their knowledge of this area to their full
potential. With events such as BBQ's and parties where people "go dumb", and "get hyphy" being brought into this faction's daily RP, each
member must have full knowledge as to what's happening IC'ly, and how to handle it in accordance with their character's personality.

   With great expectations being held upon each of the members, I expect them to not only be on their best behavior, but also be active.
Groups do not last without a full effort coming from each member, and an inactive group that has potential is a waste of work for everyone
in the faction that cared. If you decide to be inactive, it will be noticed ICly, and respect will be lost. Things such as family vacations, exams,
low grades, and sports are an exception, but must be mentioned in a PM ahead of time. With that being said, people are also expected to
be RPing at all times while in-game. Tabbing out to go somewhere for long periods of time, or running around the neighborhood with no
destination in mind is a big -no-. Anyone caught doing either of the two will be warned, and if it is consistent, other actions will be taken
against the person.

   ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã‚¢ You must show and express your knowledge of the project life, and understand the different scenarios you will encounter.

   ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã‚¢ Follow the server rules. Anyone going against these rules without discipline will be disciplined by the group.

   ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã‚¢ Stay within the boundaries of this group.  However, we are open to new ideas!

Q: How do I join this group?
A: This group will accept anyone who is willing to express their knowledge of life in the projects to their greatest effort. A  tip is to RP
being from the neighborhood before you actually join, so that people within the faction recognize you as a familiar face. This can be
done by simply posting something like "*You would notice John_Doe coming outside of his project unit daily*".

Q: How long does it take to become a made member in this group?
A: First off, if you're worried about becoming a made member, you're coming to the wrong group. However, it might take anywhere
from one week to three months, depending on your character's personality, and your knowledge of the RP.
