Why not just sell the cars for scrap metal at the junkyard and receive a small fee?

even better. what about guns, though? scrapping them to lead metal for a small fee too? (that reminds me, in Mexico at times there was so many guns in the city, they started giving out free Playstation 3 consoles in local police stations if you brought guns you found to scrap them )

Lol, idk what to say about the idea but, seems like we'll need bodyguards 24/7 for everything in 2.0.  :)

Nice idea in theory, but in a VC:MP sense, I don't know how suitable it would be. For example, out in the world you can see lorries, trucks carrying all kinds of expensive (and of course, less expensive too) goods about the country. It is usually not very likely to see groups of private security cars following close behind it, should something happen.

Would be nice to have a healthy economy and trade in VC too. :D

if cops will move their asses to actually protect and serve and not suspect and kill, there shall be no need for bodyguards.

Freecops often tend to be beginners; cannot expect them to be adept in the role right away.

I don't think VC:MP's player base is large enough to make use of every job side by side, and to its full potential. :(

I was giving VCPD as example. As long as they're active in 2.0, there wont be no problems with security. I remember the days back when I played, scared to commit any crime cause there was like 8 guys chasing me...3 freecops, 5 VCPDs

lol Marcell, you really love VCPD, don't you?
We try to be as active as possible. We don't have that much people in VCPD, and we can't force them to be active 24/7. We got some applicants, but not sure if they'll be active and worthy. But still, quality rather than quantity.

Minigun will not help him much in that case, trust me.

I really like this idea
when you say ppl can abuse this idea can actually motivate RP Alot example : hire bodyguards to take care of your shipments..
Bodyguards?!! no no just two SWAT vehicles with 5 officers and yep its protected!! but maybe van of money is more likely than truck delevering cars

I'm unsure if VC's local SWAT guys would be up for guarding private goods. :D

I don't think a truck delivering 1000 M60 machine guns would be left unprotected at potential danger of criminals stealing it :S

Ahh, I am sure the FBI would be interested in the origin and final destination of that truck though. ;)
