Every year or so, our parents have to pay home and car insurance. I done my dads insurance yesterday and that made me thing. Wouldnt ArgonathRPG be more realistic if you make it more like real life. Its like tax, but your paying for something thats worth it.
e.g.
*You have one message on your cell phone
*pay ur insurance foo' (some kind of message to SAY to pay and renew the insurance)

*  [/me] goes 2 the bank and pays off the insurance
/c payhinsur/ paycinsur (pay house insurance/ pay car insurance)

The house insurance could be one set price which doesnt go higher or lower, but a reasonably cheap price 2 pay weekly like $2k, not sure bout the prices

but the car insurance could be how long you have had your license (im talking about 2.0 )
These are the prices I have made up, feel free 2 suggest different prices
1 week - 7-8k
2 week's - 6-5k
3 week's 4-3k
4 week's (1 month) 3-2k
Once u are driving for a month it will be stuck on 3-2k, also someone can be somekind of CEO for insurance to make deals with them and to renew the prices nd what ever that insurance companies do, and cops should be on the lookout for there driving and the cops should feedback to the CEO of the insurance company to see if the driver would need more insurance. Also any major accidents that happen you can claim compensation money for it, but you would need proof e.g eye witness (some1 trustworthy), video footage or pictures something like that

Last thing,
cops should be able to check for driving license, passports and insurance

no....first of all, criminals and hobos wouldn't have insurance.
second, why have it if it does literally nothing? it would already make more sense to pay taxes (which we already have, /c taxday)

incase you want it to work like, you get cash when you die/your car is destroyed or something...this can be easily roleplayed by making insurance company...the problem is how it would work, since the car just respawns after being destroyed so it would be dumb to get money when its destroyed..

we don't need taxes as well. sure civilians pay for cop's guns and shit but I don't see why it's forced. a criminal hiding in a skumhole shack running away from cops 24/7 wouldn't pay taxes kindly, would he? lol
