Well I got some ideas that I would like to share with you (:.

First of all is for S.W.A.T and A.R.P.D Cops


 - I wish cops could get a python instead of colt all the time or maybe just in a special protocol...
 - S.W.A.T Should get UZI instead of MP5, Cause its a rapid-fire gun and its one of the most unused weapons in the whole MP. In Single-Player, S.W.A.T uses UZI. It looks better than mp5 when chasing a suspect

Second:

I guess Ocean-Beach apartment and other properties should be able to be rent/share. So, If I buy a property, I wish I could share with Thomas_Mira or [WS]Unleashed.. Altough, why not renting a room for 3-4 days than buying it? Of course with other prices. You may not find the point of it but it is good as it improves a bit of "Roleplay Experience".

         - As we will share, and the same abilities of Skin-Changing for both of us/them.

Third:

I guess this is not good, but, Officers should be able to taze when suspect got lower than 30hp and is runing or something like this ( It would bring an Un-Fair advantage to cops ) but criminals should also have some dodgers for emp or something that may block Stealth Devices. To make it equal.

1. The handgun is a little iffy depending on power, but the SWAT thing I can see as useful.
2. If scripters are willing, I don't see why not. It was proposed in SA:MP years ago and people liked it, but scripting abilities at the time prevented it.
3. Unless you can find a way to make it fair for criminals, this will likely be denied. It's been proposed on the other Argo servers many times, and the issue with it is it would create an unfair advantage for Police, and even giving the Criminals something in return would only give THEM another advantage instead of balancing the current issue. If you can think of a fair way to balance this, though, you never know...it may one day get accepted then!

First of all: I'll have to say "no" to the python and SWAT thingy. Because, Python is mostly used by Dedctives. I suggest ARPD to add a Dedctive Class.
And about SWAT. I've watched a progrem about SWAT. Here's it's updated Armoury:
1. PSD 6.8 [Can work as M4 in VC]
2. Banelly M4 [Can work as Spaz in VC]
3. Remington 700 [Can work as Sniper in VC]
4. And the flash Grenade [Can work as Smoke Gernade in VC]

Second: Yeah, sharing and renting will be very useful, because of the big domain from players to buy Propties.

Third: How can we get a Tazer in VC? We can only RP it.

@Zerox2 on the SWAT thing, that is the general standard of weaponry, but it can also vary by state and Department/Agency.

I think we did replace the colt with python before, however it wasn't practical as the colt allows for more movement while firing which comes in more handy as cop. About replacing the MP5 with UZI for SWAT I see no problem in. They both are very alike although I would say the MP5 is slightly better.

1. Python instead of Colt: Python has same power as shotgun except for the lack of knock-down. It would be rather not-really-useful, since it's very slow. However I already wrote in my 'How ARPD armoury should work in criminal's eyes' topic, that VCPD officers should have option to choose Python instead of Colt 1911A1. Colt should be used to pierce tires and finish off low HP criminals, you don't need a Python when you have a Shotgun, unless for roleplaying or as backup weapon when you run out of Shotgun ammo.

2. Why should SWAT get Uzi instead of MP5? First of all it's not realistic, second, why INSTEAD? Maybe make a new gear. Incase you don't know, MP5 does same damage as ruger and has better rate of fire, it's like Ruger combined with M4 rate of fire with no headshot ability.. thus it's alot more useful if you know how to use it.

3. That script is already in works if I'm not mistaken.

In short the weapon suggestion ideas should be written in my 'how ARPD armoury should work in criminals eyes' topic, you might have not noticed it due to fact most of people were still angry due to SRU deletion by then

Tazers will NOT be implemented. We'd either have to freeze the player or make them fall, which presents an unfair advantage in either side. Freezing allows the cops to rape them with shotgun, and falling makes the suspect invincible to falling.

Tazers are totally retarded anyway, on any of RP servers I have played. First of all there is no chance to avoid them, second they can be used in combat. I remember my playthrough on one of polish RP servers - I was shooting at few cops entering a store I was robbing, and a kamikadze cop just ran up to me and tazzed me, taking shitload of damage. Tazers force people to roleplay as well - if a cop aims a gun at you and tells you to surrender you can try to escape (and die most likely), unlike tazer where it's totally forced. The only thing that should be forced is jail, since you choose to give up.

Is there any model that could be used in VC:MP as an RP object for tazing via RP, similar to SA:MP? Then users could RP it if they choose to do so without forcing anyone to go along with it
