[VC:MP] Cross-hair, HP bar, cash bar all gone

From time-to-time my cross-hair, HP bar, cash bar disappear. Traffic lights seem to repeat or something and stuff. Looking for a solution

I haven't heard directly of this before.
There could be a few possibilities, however.

Any modifications that you have added could have negative effects on the game, and can often make things appear out of the norm. Often graphics may "flicker" or the game may jump irregularly if a mod is not installed correctly and/or is faulty.
You don't want a corrupt set of game files either.

Just a note - you can use function keys to hide/re-size features such as your minimap and multiplayer chat.
Maybe just scroll through camera angles, and it's worth mentioning that third party tools which adjust the game camera can also isolate the HUD.

Make sure your 'display HUD' option is set to 'on'
