Requesting a free signature

Hey I was wondering if anyone can take the time to make me a free signature? 

Name:[GSF]Manuh_Panduh - Font: Old English White with black outline
Text: Grove Street Families - Font: Graffiti green
Pictures: Something with grove street characters including CJ's girlfriend.
Colors: Mainly green but no too much green.

Can you make the picture have cuts in it, I don't really know how to explain it, but I've seen a lot of people do it.
Also can my name be white at the bottom of the picture kinda on it half off.
What about transparent also?
