Dear court,
 On the 4th of August, I loaned Mr.Luigi Batista $75,000 (75K) to buy a vehicle. He promised to pay the amount plus $15,000 back within 4 weeks. So that would be the 1st of September, 2011. I couldn't find him anywhere. I guess that he changed his nickname ingame to avoid the payback.

Verdict :

It is clear in the current case that the prosecuting party did not take necessary measures in order to ensure to be able to recover his money by any form of guarantee nor did he make any research on the citizen Luigi_Batista.

Therefore the court reject the demands from the prosecutor. Not taking necessary cautions when loaning is your own issue, not ours. Next time be more careful to whom you load and if they are in ability to pay back.

Case closed.
