need help - areas textdraw

hello,
I have search around the web on "how to make sa:mp areas textdraw", but i couldn't find anything who is enough detailed.
I don't know how to change a script and definitely not how to apply it on my game.

Are you trying to make a script or is this something with a client side mod?

I am not sure what are those, but i want to make something like this  .

I want it to be inside my game when I am playing on argonath, so i can see it.

I wouldnt suggest you using CLEO because there were some spawn weps problem and innocent peoples can get banned, read this it was writen by SA:MP Admin Murt_Rogers

That is very true. I'm not sure it's CLEO's fault entirely, but proceed with caution, as a lot of clues point that way.

well, i'm using elm by CLEO, and it hasn't caused any problem.
If i use this mod, will it increase the chances of getting bugged?

p.s is that the only way to do it?

The screenshot you showed is indeed the zone mod i linked you, and for all i know, that is the only way. I have used both ELM and the Zone mod by CLEO, and it did not cause any problems for me. As it might have caused a weapon spawn (it's not sure it was because of CLEO), you have to be careful. One or two other players say it was caused by CLEO/ELM, but we never know if they spoke the truth about not having any other mods/hacks.
