As you can see, Goodandy's partner is spraying people while he shoots at them while he surfs.








In the screenshots, I asked Goodandy if he knew what he was doing was against the rules, he said yes.
He then tells me his team leader ordered it, and refuses to name him.


What happened was SWAT came to the protest, suspected every single person for assault and shot on sight.

I specifically sprayed at you until you were killed because you were constantly shooting at SWAT truck with a heavy weapon, did not surrender or complied when said to, and it was a matter of clear self defence. As for Goodandy he was manning the water truck,  either way he was the one responsible for the safety of the watertruck and myself for one part of the operation. If you take a better look, he is covering the area, while we were headed to the pay n spray from all the damage caused by shooting. Once you open fire, it is what you get in return. All I see is continue shooting by you, instead of /report if anything was done wrong, there were 6+ admins on scene to take care of that.

About the situation? Everything was a very good, organized and decent roleplay until some guys started shooting from ArgoBank rooftop towards us, and we evacuated the scene and brought up more backup. Whilst others tried to take down the water truck by bats, were dealt with non lethal force, and others were constantly doing circles drive bying at us.

It's been over one month since this demonstration, but if you still think we did wrong, there is an e-mail for reports, no need to post in an unappropriate section, you'll get unappropriate comments.

Clearly you can see the car-surfing and obvious shooting. I understand SWAT shooting on foot, but if you shoot by car-surfing, you ARE breaking the rules. The rules will ALWAYS be the same, no matter if you are an admin/SWAT/new member. Ridiculous.

I'm on Police duty 90% of the time...the 10% where i am not I am seeing the why the criminals "moan" (it's not even moaning)....This just adds to the list.



Most of SWAT are High ranks (Not all) and some of them believe they are un-touchable (NOT ALL SWAT MEMBERS) you guys have gained some great evidence here and should be pleased.

Hopefully the chief can realise some of the SAPD Units who are in the wrong.

They shouldn't use an excuse to rulebreak, rules to applies to us all. But some regulars on the server think they are untouchable since they have rank, a good friend in the admin team or just under the "admin radar".

If it would be me seeing this I wouldn't hesitate to punish the player immediatly.

Though I think the best thing to do is to report this to the SAPD leadership or just simply report this to the SA:MP email, [email protected].
