Yeah, first i realiZed that Antec's supply which is one of those really a few from Antecs quality-ones, but that's a little.. ehm.. extraordinary to have two supplys? I think you use that another one for the second 560 and nothing else? huh

One mustn't be connected surely? Otherwise, how would it know when to boot? You'd have to jump one of them through the 24pin using a paperclip

As long as the card gets the power it can run.

Both PSUs go on at roughly the same time, not a problem.

Remember, it's the motherboard, not the PSU that the 'signal' travels through. - simplified  :evil:

I think he has got 2 because of his graphic cards and his motherboard + processor. You'll need it if you got the BEST of the BEST.
