I believe Argonath will be back as soon as the exams are over.
SA:MP server is currently in a decent state with a stable player base of around 20-25 people on a daily basis.

Make them yourself haha! Also try some mutli-taskbar tool like ultramon, makes handling windows a lot easier. However I only have 2 monitors, but I do have a second graphics-card, but it makes everything freeze for a few seconds on random times.. Any experience and/or tips for this?  :D

I don't know how and I'm too lazy.
I will take a look at ultramon, thanks for the advice.
I would say get a new graphics card, I just got a GTX 780 and I love mine to death. It has not lag or "freeze for a few seconds at random times".
It could be the graphics card or it could be the old P.O.S. computer you got, or even the O/S. Not sure man, I don't know your build.

Got a good old GTX460 (overclocked) which is doing really well. As second card I got a simple geforce 210, but seems like those 2 don't like to work together.

You're better off having two of the same card rather than two different cards because of performance issues with rendering and such.

Don't really have the money and sufficient power from the power supply unit to get a second GTX460 running  :D
