[accepted] Car Modifications (Car Components)

Hey ,

First of all. I want to say that : I believe that this option make our server more pleasurely and more RP.

This car components is simple command and we can develop it to RP.Maybe we can make some locations for modifications (a place where do those command working) , maybe "Modify Garage" [Brucie`s Garage or Stevie`s Garage perhaps] could be usefull and gives us more RP .. Or we can make the name "Tuning Garage" .I also thought the icon for Modify Garage .Its "Manny Escuileda`s Missions icon" [M] or [T] for "TuningGarage".Now I want to show you some images on there.I took some ScreenShots about that car components stuff...If we cant tune our cars with this tuning garages maybe developers could add those components to sales car.

As for the other tuning topic in RS2 ideas I would say client wouldn't support it. Not sure but I suppose so.

cars in IV have extras, just like other GTAs. The difference is, whereas extras in SA are things like golf club bag on Caddy, in IV its mostly things like tuning parts. I don't how big IVMP scripting potential is, so let's wait for a scripter to tell us

It's currently not possible, but I doubt it's possible at all, since it seems to be randomly done anyways.

In my view.Some T3 servers added that option " /tuning" or " /svc" (select car components) or "/acomp" (add car components) . I believe that : Our scripters are better know than us but they could do that too.Tuning garage is not a hard thing.Just a select a point for using this command.Or We can use this option with this : Scripters add this components to sales car then we can buy them for using it . Or they can make it for whole cars ..This is their call.I just suggesting that we have to develop our cars with those options for More RolePlay and more fun game etc.

A car's components can be changed with the current script support, but these visible changes are not generally much..
Most of the cars have only a few changeable "components" if anything at all, but there's some exceptions too
I would personally prefer somekind of a little garage where you could just scroll the available components for your own car with a small cost.. Not anything huge due the limitations.

That's what I meant.I agree to you.Just a little garage where we could just add some components for our own car with a some cost.Not so huge script needed I think.

Yeah but those few components make big changes already in appearance. For example cavalcade can be turned into much sportier by just adding few available components (I have tried changing them). I remember that it was even available to make mini casino in the back  . So if that is possible i will definitely support this.
