[Case #012] Sueing LTL_Khalidov

Dear Court,
I'm here to sue LTL Khalidov for burglary, illegal parking, damage to private property and misappropriation.
When I passed in front of my house I saw 2 cars parked in my garden, which was pretty strange because I didn't wait anyone. I checked them and found out they were owned by LTL Khalidov. I called him immediately telling him to move his cars from my property otherwise I would have sued him, thing I'm doing right now.

Here are 2 proofs of my ownership of the house:
Data Creazione = Creation Date , Lunedi 15 Agosto 2011 = Monday 15 August 2011 , 19 Settembre = 19 September

Demands: 1. The immediate displacement of those cars which are damaging my garden and invading my private property. 2. A refund of 5.000 Argonath Dollars to fix the damages and for legal fees.

I would like to add that [TCL]Dino stated that LTL Khalidov "got" this house 3-4 days ago and also that the house was already occupied.

As we can clearly see in the images I gave to the court you parked ON the grass and over some plants. You also stated it wansn't the first time you parked your cars there.

I didn't notice the cars actually because I was very busy and didn't even had time to come home!

The amount is correct considering I didn't count only the physical damages you made but also: burglary, illegal parking and misappropriation of my property.
Anyway the judge will decide on this.

i dont tell u i park it on wrong garden .

i say to kerbe the near house (not ur) its my brother house..

and one more time I DIDNT KNOW ITS YOUR HOUSE dino told me its on use but im not sure by who , and he say he probpaly contant you if its his house , so you tell me that is ur house , i say since when, u say 2 months , then i ask for see aproof, and now i move my cars after you show me the proof.
