I just hope being a CMB (or w/e its called) won't be too hard, we need many active CMBs so newbies get passports&licenses (after they deserve a one) and also take a close look at how CMBs are working, in seconds some random guy who seemed cool becomes a CMB and scams newbies by telling them to pay for licenses

IMO: CMBs = peeps giving out passports, not some '100% ideal pro players with no admin level', since on SAMP CMBs get demoted if they get banned for example. (if i'm not mistaken)

Currently, passports and driving licenses mean that people would be directly suggested to take a look at the server guides, and it could even spark their interest in Argonath RPG as a whole. Someone passing by, say if they were visiting to cause more trouble than add to gameplay would most likely not go to the hassle (in their point of view) of looking at the site/forums and making a well rounded application.

It encourages people to register on Argo portal. They can read up articles/rules and get to know the server better...making them better players.
If you noticed, registered players turn out to be server regulars.

Also, this time the Biz system and Vehicle system is complicated.
What if some newbie got hold of a lotsa cash and buys a car and doesnt /c parkcar.
It fucks up the system...
DLs will make sure that people know what to do with the car before they buy it.

Same with Passports.
It can be hard for a newbie to understand the biz system without reading about it on forum.
CMB will make sure that people can handle a business before they buy it.
