If you're looking for some good rap, search for; Curren$y, AZ, TheOutlawz, Waka Flocka Flame and Rick Ross can be good as well.

I could post a huge list with Dutch rappers, but since you won't understand the lyrics it would be boring.

Although, search for "Bingo Players", "Afrojack" and "Billy the Klit" some dutch beat makers. If you're looking for some really crazy beats check out "Seven League Beats".
