Boards for separate languages

Hey,

I'd like to see a few boards added for different languages so you can chit-chat with your fellow country-mates.

To the people creating the boards to decide which languages should be added by looking at the percentages of members from one country.

You can use PM to chit-chat with people from your country.

Use PMs to talk in a different language, but this idea would pretty much nullify the idea of being an international server and the "This is an international server. Please speak English only." messages.

Plus a board for every language of every country with some Argo members... no.

I can remember Aragorn once opposing this idea. Kinda ironic how everyone was very excited about it back then, I'll bump the topic once I got some time.
