Law Proposal - Speed limits

This is writen because speedometer changed recently, basicly a car that could reach max. speed of 192km/h now can reach 245km/h its not speed bost, just change in speedometer and scripters confirmed me that

Dear Court Officials, heads of Liberty City and Argonath state,

I am here proposing to change speed limit because most of vehicles can reach current speed limit in towns (80km/h) very easily and makes it hard to maintain such speed because even slightest acceleration will cause vehicle to go above 80km/h so It would be very good if speed limit inside towns is changed to 100km/h and speed limits on highways to be changed to 170km/h, of course, professional driving teachers should test driving on that speeds for safety reasons but I think they are very good and shouldnt cause danger to citizens safety.

Agreed. There's not much cars cruising thru streets often anyway, so I don't see why it's as low as 80 km/h

I would go for 90km/h on normal city roads, 120km/h on main roads and no limit on highways.

No man, look, I used to go 192km/h with my comet, now i can reach 245km/h with it! So  raising it by 10km/h wont mean much for that huge diffrence.

About city roads and no limit on highways, idk.

That is the reason why I separated on small/normal roads and main roads. I think the most used one (Dukes/Broker Main Road) should allow the drivers to drive with a bit higher speed then on the regular roads.

Why? Well considering that it should be around 190-200km/h, although I like more the German no limit style  .

Although I don't play IV:MP, but I'm quite sure Atweak is implying that the game is based upon an American state(New York), not Germany, where every road has speed limit.

You don't understand me right, I would like to be that way. I am not stictly sticking to it, but surely the limits on highways shouldn't be so big.
