The PS3 is better for fighting games like Tekken, Soul Calibur, etc. because of the controller design. It's more lightweight, the buttons are flatter and it feels considerably cheaper. In addition, the PS3 has web browser functions including YouTube and iPlayer.

However, in almost every other conceivable aspect the Xbox 360 is superior. I mean fuck, even the D-Pad is better and that's something that PS3 fans always try to argue in their favour. Couple that and other design choices that are simply better with a range of superior exclusive IPs, and you're set.

That said, PCs are just better for everything. If it wasn't for shitty outdated console hardware then games would look a lot better on PC as they wouldn't have to be made for obsolete hardware in the PS3 and Xbox 360.

I think that's more a personal preference. I find the PS3 Controller (Read Dualshock 3 not Sixaxis) the way of controlling an console. I can't handle the Xbox controller and my hands hurt after using it for more than 60 minutes at a friend's.  I think it is because I'm not used to it, I use the Playstation controller from the time it didn't even had analog sticks.

Well I've played both of them at my friends and I find the xbox one more comfortable for FPS's mostly, and other games doesnt realy matter.

For me, the PS3 controller sucks. It was no problem for me when I was younger and my hands were tiny as f**k, but now I just find it ridiculously uncomfortable - especially over extended periods of time. The XBOX 360 controller, on the other hand, is quite simply perfect.

PC mouse is comfortable for FPS's, other games are better with PS3/Xbox 360 controller, in my opinion.

The 360 has better communication, no doubt about it. But, I prefer PS3, and almost everyone that I know that had or has a 360 needed to buy a new one, or return it due to those gay Microsoft technical problems such as RROD.
