Didn't heard of it.Actually it is odd...

As you can see int eh second ones it is clear sounds of drums(not the rock n roll ones, but traditional ones) and i know that because in India we practise to learn them in our school.
It may be so that natives of the area have seen some kind of phenomenon of an earthquake and took the drums, seems like the most logical explanation.

That sound in first video...that one seems edited actually...
Edit:DUDE, that first sound of the video and the video clip is actually from a movie -.- its from delhi belly(a bollywood movie) and that one kicks in just after the dynamite blows up in that fat guy's ass...To announce the next day..

Ok, now it actually scares me. I live in Denmark in a small town called Jyderup. A week ago I heard almost the same sound, i couldn't find out what it was and i've heard the sound for a few days now. I thought it was just some construction workers. But since the same sound has been heard almost in every country in the world, its scares me now.

First movie and general sounds. Just like a fata morgana sounds can be traveling under atmospheric conditions. Knowing the number of works going on in and around Moscow nothing surprising.

Second video (if original) before an earthquake there is already tension in the earth crust, which is released by the earthquake itself. In an rea with many undergorund formations like Colorado these tensions can cause such sounds. If you hear this in a nearthquake area, it would be best to ensure you are in a safe place instead of under a possible falling rock...

Many of the times the sound comes from an explainable source.

Note that the light travels much faster than the sound. Sound can impossibly be the forecast of an apocalypse since the action itself would arrive first.
