New forum ranking system

The ranking is kinda dumb, for example... Got 3k post still a Regural, other guy has 600posts- Hero.
So new ranking system should be nice.

It should stay how it is. Posts are easier to get, but spending forum time is little harder and takes longer. As I remember, 1,000 posts were for hero, those 1,000 posts can be gotten very quicky, so it would be stupid seeing someone who's on the forums for a month or two and they're a hero.

Spend time on the forum and you will get another rank. If i wouldn't have my SA:MP admin rank on the forum, i would for an example have the rank "l33t".

Why change it? Your post count is just a meaningless number which dosen't contribute to anything.

We had the post count system before...we had a lot of heroes who were just post-hunting.
The current system stops post hunters to a certain extent, and recognises time more.

you realise someone can still "farm"  a rank right??

i agree itd be nice to have a new rank system on forum.. BUT have it that moderators/admins can give you +1 for good posts, or what-not which would stop any kind of hunting...

On the old post count system we had, I'd be a here a couple of time over I think, however, I think I obtained the Veteran Rank at 20 days and 20 hours or something like that, I know it was over 20 days and under 21 days.
