let me quote a reply i got from Louis when i asked him about that mission.

the problem was we could only control the fires by spraying through the windows and doors, which made us blind
also there was 3 sources of trouble.. 1 outside against wall, 1 inside on other side of same wall, and 1 right in front of the door... and we didnt have 3 fire trucks there :\ and if we did the angles were almost impossible

Louis said we could just spray the house, but it didnt seem to work.

but thats the problem..
we had to maintain 2 at once plus 1 to get inside

it was out of range to spray from the door, with extinguisher, but if we sprayed it with the truck the firemen couldnt get in due to the hose, if they stood in the hose to get pushed inside they landed in the second fire which if sprayed meant the first fire by the door wasnt sprayed, meaning they got burnt anyway.
