The approval is a roleplay. We have several rituals for this. Also a man can not simply be approved, even as an associate. All of the leaders should to agree. According to the first page the leaders are  - Martin Chobanov, Aleksandr Borovsky and Boris Markovic. I hope this mistake will not happen again.
