Unless a background character story shows why he was named so, you cannot judge his name.

It depends.Francis it's a usefull name also there are black people in Romania and such a big part of them are having the lastname romanian one so whatever it is it's still a slavic name mine.

But the characters in Brigada are not black people from Romania and to join the group you must have a Slavic name. Rules are rules,  for everyone.  :cop:
