Story:
      Hurricane Gang is another Los Santos Gang.They are lead by Onnzy & Malla .HG is always looking for new business opportunities and ways to make money .A street gang that have been around since the 1970's. They are involved in drug dealing, gang bashing, prostitution, arms dealing, vandalism and degeneracy. We supposed to be a sign of respect on the streets.

=>FOUNDER <=: He has full control on the clan. He can modify clan. Kick anyone from clan or add anyone to clan. He can also close the clan.

=>LEADER<=: He has control on all members of clan. He can Add, remove, members. And has all controls like a Founder but he cannot close clan.

=>SECUNDAR LEADER<= : Recruit members in clan. Remove them by permission of leader. Suggest Ideas for development of clan.They shud inform Leader whenever they took any action

=>MEMBER<= : They have to follow rules. Respect members. They have to obey the orders of leader and co-leader.
