Well... I reinstalled my GTA and i put the paste not in the /C:/Rockstar Games/... but yes on the /Documents folder. And when i was to install some mods with SAMI didn't saved my mods. Don't know the reason, already reinstalled SAMI too but nothing... Any tips homies?

Make sure to set game paths on the SAMI there is option.

Joke bro, you sure you have right SAMI version or something?
It might be if you replaced gta3.imgs without removing stuff from the SAMI client.
